The service agent was great. The scheduler needs to be retrained and get more education. I was told to come in at 5000 miles as part of the free maintenance that occurs on my vehicle I told them my maintenance plans is every 10 Thousand miles It was insisted I brought it in. There would be no additional charge and it would not void my current warranty. Talking to the service agent it would have unless I paid for an additional oil change for $130 before tax This trip was a waste of time and money I had to take an hour off of work. I had to wait for an hour for my car to be done when nothing was done to it.

My experience with Haselwood Volkswagen was positive from the phone call making my appointment to driving away after my Atlas Cross Sport was done. I was greeted by Alyssa and she took such great care of me and my husband. She took our information about our car and let us know how long we would have to wait to escorting us to the waiting room. Before we knew it we were done and back on the road again. ❤️ Alyssa was an excellent customer service representative for Bremerton Haselwood Volkswagen. She will be one of the reasons we come back.
